- An analysis of the concept of strategic planning and presentation of the survey carried out by the New Zealand National Library examining the use of this type of planning in 11 national libraries. The conclusions drawn show the diversity of approaches used by each centre as well as similarities. Bibliographical notes expand the basis to further explore these questions.
