- This paper gives a thorough introduction about FRBR/FRANAR from several facets,that is, the entity, relationship and user’s task. It introduces the proposal of NLC authority controls system in the objectives, principlres, applications, a solution to the problem, and finally to have further comments and insights on this issue. It also discusses the importance of authority control in access control.
