- At the present time, the Spanish University is developing, systematically, processes of evaluation of its three main scopes of performance: education, investigation and services. The reasons of these processes of evaluation are two general missions: on the one hand, to provide information to the society on the quality of the services and, on the other hand, to detect the strongpoints and weak of the institution as well as the opportunities and proposals of performance that suppose an increase of the university quality.
