- In September of 2005, the Spanish Association of Economic History included, within its VIII Congress held in Santiago de Compostela, a session dedicated to the company archives in Spain, session coordinated by the Bank of Spain and Vasco-Leonesa Coal Mine archives. The present communication, presented by the Vasco-Leonesa Coal Mine Archive, summarizes the different records from the Archive and offers the researchers new possibilities in the research in company archives, making a critic analysis of the record series in their form and content, both those that are used for the statistical studies and those giving information on different economic and social aspects of the company reality.
