- The presentation introduces in brief with different formats MARC and each of them is presented with examples from data base Q-Series of Library of Technical university of Sofia. It is compare requirements of MARC formats with requirements of existing library standards in Bulgaria. It is given some ideas and suggestions for development of uniform rules (standards) for using MARC 21 in Bulgarian libraries.
