- Descripción
- Some proposals for the development of information services based on e-commerce tools are introduced. The key aspects that a library service based on e-commerce utilities should include are mainly: an integrated environment, service customization, usability, and decision making support. It is concluded that it is possible to incorporate certain technologies from e-commerce to new digital library projects.
