Descripción

• The following article, far from analyzing the subject in question from a theoretical point of view, was aimed to describe the implementation of “records management system”, based on the past experience of the Banco de España. In particular the document fine points the main steps followed by the Banco de España in order to implement its new records management system and points out some of the critical characteristics key for the success of the project. The paper describes some essential aspects of the methodology used by the Banco de España along with a detail description of the pilot program developed at Banco de España. To conclude, the article provides a description of the key aspects associated to the subject and describes their connection and responsibility with the end results.
