For that reason and because they constitute indispensable tools to follow the pulse to the present time, public and deprived professionals, companies and institutions need to know information that is published or emitted on it. Nevertheless, to make a regulate and continued pursuit of mass media is difficult and even impossible task for some professionals and organizations. The lack of resources, the high number of publications, radio transmitters and existing television networks, and the abundant thing that are the information of the present time and the vertiginous rate of its production are causes that make more difficult the task. The mass media raise, therefore, a serious challenge for those who needs an urgent form to know what they spread.
