Descripción

Reflections are made on the vocation and formation of values in information professionals. The values necessary for an adequate management of the new information and communication technologies are outlined, and new clues to be explored are indicated resulting from a reflection made from inside the profession. The way in which reading is a potential way for the formation of the values of this type of professionals and for society in general both, in the traditional and in the digital environment, is exposed.
