The evolution of the concept of strategic planning resulting from the complex intra and extra-organizational present situation is analysed. The concepts of organization, environment and strategy, in whose network it is integrated, are dealth with. Reference is made to the new approaches in these spaces, and the necessary dialogical relation between strategic planning and organizational learning in the context of the current society is emphasized.
