- This work is based on the concept of “public sphere” proposed by Jürgen Habermas, in order to promote the understanding of blogs as potential tools for the creation and maintenance of an online public sphere. It verifies if the blog Bibliotecários Sem Fronteiras can be considered an online public sphere with focus on Library and Information Science, given its description and social norms applied.
