- This paper presents the work of the Permanent Committee for Electronic Journals of the HEAL-Link Consortium on the advances on this issue during the period between the 11th to the 12th Panhellenic Conference of Academic Libraries. The second part of this paper presents an overview of the usage of the services that are offered by HEAL-Link.
