Descripción

• The paper examines the services offered by 60 Greek scientific libraries through their homepages on the WWW. The following issues are examined in more detail: Participation in collaborative networks, user access services to automated information sources, current awareness, advisory and training services, links to other information services. The objectives of the study were to investigate the current status of the user services offered through the WWW and the trends towards the creation of an interactive information system between the libraries and their remote users.
