Descripción

• Today, the academic libraries worldwide, have elected to complex organisations that operate in an enviroment which change rapidly. The technological development in computer science, networks, and databases increase the possibilities for offering the existent services more effective and more quickly, and offer new services. The users' demands changed by the mass of available material and the variety of accessibility. These developments call into question the existence of libraries and the academic libraries have to respond to their role.
