- This article is about the information system impact over the business administration on the lately five years; the author tries to explain how has changed the meaning of information management based on information technologies (IT) and what are the main problems that come from the inappropriate way of planning the record and information management; on the other side, the article shows the relation between the information management trends and the failure of the information systems and its incidence on the future of many companies when they aren’t able to visualise their effects over the information environments in any organisation.
