Descripción

• A brief approximation to the natural disasters and its repercussions is carried out. A study is made of the place of the information and communication technologies in the management of information on disasters. The characteristics of the data processing platform of the UTEEDA network are exposed, seeing it as a tool of contribution to the monitoring, analysis and evaluation of the natural disasters in agriculture, but which, due to its characteristics, can be useful as a model for the development of networks while facing such disasters, from the health care system perspective.
