• Are the justification, funding and effective planning of a “Data Warehouse” – a digital store of data – crucial issues in the world of public enterprises and, in particular, I&D public enterprises by now? As we have created it, “DWH” is the natural spin-off of the traditional database because it enables to transform data into factor of information and information in factor of complete understanding of enterprises’ process both in their internal development within the enterprises and in their relation with external backgrounds and environments.
