- One of the main problems at the present time, is the exponential increase of the information, which not only happens in the industrial scope, but also in the educative sector, where the professors must stay in constant investigation and the search of all those innovations related to their area of education. Consequently, when an educator finds data excellent feels the necessity to store them in means available for such aim, and even it could share them or redistribute them between the other members of the educative organization, which leads to the duplication of the data and therefore to the inadequate use of the resources available in the institution. On the other hand, the process to organize this information is not easy task, since it is necessary to invest to time for his reading and classification, according to certain parameters established by the own subject. Combined to this, one of the responsibilities of the educational ones, is the control of the activities related to the administration of the subjects, as well as the pursuit of the performance of its students. In this sense, the Faculty of Sciences and Technology of the University of Carabobo (FACYT-UC) conscious of the necessity to diminish the time that the professors dedicate to administrative teaching, have generated applications that serve to him as support during this activity. He is for that reason, which this article must by objective present/display the development of a system for the administration of subjects, which this based on the technique of grouping (clustering) of documents, and was based on methodology INSITE. It was developed under platform J2EE (Java Enterprise Edition) using the handle of Data base MySQL.
