- Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, HACCP, is a preventive approach to assure food safety. This work briefly describes HACCP system, and specially the concepts of hazard, control measures and the critical control points; the applications of these concepts in library process like reading room loans and preservation/conservation collections are examined.
