  • In today's hybrid environment of coexistence with the electronic form - digital publication, academic libraries should respond to scientific needs and to meet the expectations of the academic community. The reading policy should be a priority of academic libraries, focusing on undergraduate and graduate students to encourage and promote reading, and then to cultivate the reading preferences. In particular, students are a dynamic group of academic libraries as reading habits and general reading behavior is emerging.
