• The international tutorial was focused on international cooperation in university formation and continuous traing for information professionals. With a public made of academics, researchers, library managers and students, international speakers interchanged with speeches on four themes: 1) Developing an international competency for new professionality of librarians and information scientists; 2) Barriers to international cooperation; 3) Expanding IT in curriculum design and delivery; 4) The international courses for librarians and information scientists in Italian university library schools: trends and issues of internationalisation.
