- L'article descriu els treballs tècnics previs a la creació del Catàleg Col•lectiu de les Universitats de Catalunya (CCUC). S'inicia amb una breu introducció històrica i descriu detalladament el procés d'elaboració i el funcionament del programa de detecció i eliminació de registres bibliogràfics duplicats que s'ha elaborat per a la càrrega inicial i alimentació d'aquesta base de dades. | The article describes the technical work foreseen
in the creation of the Union Catalogue
for the Universities of Catalonia (CCUC). It starts
with a brief historical introduction and provides
a detailed description of the process involved in
the development and functioning of a program
specifically designed to detect and eliminate
any duplicate references registered, which has
been developed for the initial input of records
and the subsequent addition of data to this database.
