• The author presents in this work two documentary realities whose border is the threshold of the historical archives. A defined cut exists perfectly that determines two different functions for the documentation and, as well, two different professionals, one for each one of them. Document management, with economic and administrative dimension, the document manager that does not contemplate the future of the documentation that manages beyond its immediacy effectiveness; management of "you file", with a archivist dimension that takes care of the conservation.
