• This was the agenda of the round table conference: 1. presentation of the first volume of “Lineamenti di informatica giuridica”, a general manual for educational purposes and a manifesto of law computer science drawn up by the Institute of Law Documentation of CNR; 2. presentation of the life and works of Vittorio Frosini, law philosopher and IT expert mentioned by a special edition of the journal “Informatica e Diritto” 3. discussion on the conditions and future hypothetical directions of the mutual relations between computer science and law. Some speakers analysed the presence/absence of law computer science in university curricula and degree courses, the interdependence between a law teaching and a technical one and the new ways, possibilities and contradictions of home e-learning.
