- Los reglamentos marcan las directrices de funcionamiento de las bibliotecas en la universidad.
En las instituciones que hemos seleccionado para nuestro estudio (las universidades de Andalucía)
estos reglamentos son de reciente creación o están todavía en fase realización, e incluso alguna
biblioteca no cuenta aún con proyecto de elaboración de su reglamento. Estos documentos abarcan
aspectos muy diversos, que van desde la organización y funciones de las bibliotecas, hasta los tipos
de préstamo o las recomendaciones para la manipulación del fondo antiguo. El trabajo sigue este
esquema: en primer lugar trazamos el panorama actual de las bibliotecas universitarias desde el
punto de vista de sus reglamentos, agrupándolas en las que cuentan con reglamento; las que están en
fase de elaboración y las que se rigen por otro tipo de normativa. Después describimos la estructura
y contenido de estos reglamentos, realizando un breve análisis comparativo. En último lugar presentamos
las conclusiones y la bibliografía. | Regulations indicate operation's norms of the universities libraries. In the institutions we have
chosen for our study (universities in Andalucía), these regulations have been recently created or are
still in a making phase, even, some universities, haven't a projet to elaborate its regulations. Regulations
include a lot of different aspects, these contain, for example, the libraries' organisation and functions,
the lending norms or the recommendations to use the old bookes. The work plan is: in the first part
we make a general and currently study about these universities libraries taking the point of view of its
regulations, gathering in one group, those which have regulations, in another one, those which have
them in an elaboration phase, and, in the last one, those which are directed by other different kind of
nomative. In the second part we describe regulations' structure and content, carrying out a brief
comparative analysis. In the last part, we present our conclusions and biography.
