What is TemaTres?
TemaTres is a web application to manage documentation
languages - especially good at hierarchical thesauri and cataloging
vocabularies but also useful for navigation structures

Requirements
TemaTres has been developped in PHP and MySql. Therefore
requires HTTP server with PHP coverage and MySql database server. May
be operated in any kind plataform (linux, win).
To intall it in Windows environment, you can try EasyPHP , which has
both, HTTP server Apache
and MySql
database integrated.
